VICTORIA BAIKOVA ADVISOR Ms. Victoria Baikova – Ms. Victoria Baikova is the founder of FinServe, Inc., a financial services company registered in New Jersey in 2000. Ms. Baikova has 4 years of prior industrial research and 7 years of financial advisory and entrepreneurial experience. Since 1998, Ms. Baikova has worked with small-to-medium size international companies throughout various growth stages and industries in areas of corporate finance and strategic advisory. She has geographically diverse financial advisory experience which includes assignments and projects in North American and European countries, and high-growth markets like Eastern Europe, Russia, Central Asia, North Africa, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Prior to FinServe, she has worked at FMC Corporation and Tekni-Plex as a research chemist. Ms. Baikova has Master’s Degree and a professional physicist qualification in Radio/Solid State Physics from the Saint-Petersburg State University (former Leningrad State University), Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
